But if you have that element of negative feelings, then it is always advisable that you do a regular graduation and along with your graduation prepare for entrance examinations as well. IELTS stands for International English Language Testing System. It is an exam conducted all over the world. To synchronize the time in South Asian countries the exam normally starts in India by 12 noon.
