You can consider doing PG from Philippines, China, Russia, Germany etc. but MCI does not recognise these qualifications. Students who study MBBS from abroad undergo a screening test by MCI to get their license and registration. There is no such exam for doctors who do PG from these countries.
If you are able to pursue your PG from USA, UK, Canada, NZ, Australia, then your PG will be recognized in India.
I suggest you prepare for PLAB and other licensure exams. On clearing PLAB you can get an opportunity to work as a resident doctor in UK. There are excellent prospects.

Medical technology includes every aspect of medical sector in which technology can be used from a simple blood test samples analysis to operating an MRI machine.
There are two levels of medical laboratory workers - Technicians and Technologists.
Medical technologists work in five major areas of the laboratory ie, in Blood banking, Clinical Chemistry (chemical analysis of body fluids), Hematology (blood related), Immunology (study of immune system) and Microbiology (study of bacteria and other disease organisms).
Medical technicians do routine laboratory testing manually according to instructions. They work under Technologists or supervisors.
The courses are Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT), Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT). BMLT course for Medical Lab Technologists is structured to train students in the clinical Laboratory analysis of blood, urine, feces, cerebrospinal fluid, synovial fluid, ascetic fluid etc to aid the doctors in arriving at a correct diagnosis and treatment of the disease. There are also Diploma / Certificate courses for lab technicians / assistants in general and in different specialties such as Diplomas in EEG Lab Technician, Histopathology Lab Technician etc.
