Main purpose of all these entrance exams are same. These test are for the admission to medical institutes.
PMT - Pre Medical Test conducted by various institutes for admission to there medical courses.
CPMT - Combined Pre-Medical Test for admission to Medical /Dental /Homeopthic /Ayurvedic/Unani Colleges of UP and some other states.

Hi, there are plenty of courses you can choose to study. Keeping the salary aside you must first understand what you want to study and what type of jobs you would like to do in future from computers to humanities. Study as per your interest, if you have the skills and academic grades you will definitely get a job and a good salary. Getting a job abroad is difficult and they will require you to have the competencies. You also did not mention the subjects you had hence I can't help you much. Best of luck

their is no specific exams for studying MBBS abroad but you might need to clear English language test like IELTS/TOEFL etc.
