I think Sikkim Manipal University offers this course but only take admission if they are providing practical facility at any medical college or well-equipped diagnostic center.

As a subject, it may not be difficult. So, many students are coming out without difficulty. For getting some foothold, naturally, some may take time to settle. It is possible, that any course may take time for giving the right yield.

You can go and work in hospital/ private clinics, until you open a clinic or go for hospital management/clinical research.

You can opt for psychology. There are good opportunities in psychology. Completing graduation opens all competitions gates as for other graduates, counselor jobs and doing Post-graduation makes you eligible for industry. Academia and also for 2 years M.Phil in psychiatry for jobs in hospitals.

NIOS is established by Govt. of India and it is recognized all over India as equivalent to any state board. It is recognised for govt. jobs and higher education, you will have no problem and hence you are eligible to appear for MH-CET provided you fulfill the criteria set by MH-CET.

No Madhu, you can not pursue MD after D.Pharmacy and GNM. For further studies, you can go for:
B.Sc Nursing
M.Sc Nursing
Staff Nursing.
You can even go for one or two years of specialisation courses.

Oncology is a branch of medicine that deals with the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer. In order to become a medical oncologist, one has to complete MD degree.
