Either of countries is fine. Important is to choose a good college wisely in either country. That is what will make a difference in what you will learn. If you want to practice in India, then you will have to appear for MCI screening test to get your license. You will not be given any special preference even if you do it from Central America.
In terms of cost Philippines is preferable. Central America is being promoted in India as a gateway to become a practioner in USA. But what you need to know is that you need to score well in USMLE for that. USMLE can be given even if you do it from Philippines or any other country for that matter. Seats are very limited. It is very competitive.
Some colleges in Central America offer clinical rotations in USA. But even after this you for you to take up PG in USA, scoring exceptionally well in USMLE is the only way. So, choose a good college in any country and don't be blinded by rosy stories woven by agents.

Kindly let me know of your affordable budget to pursue medicine. In European countries studying medicine is expensive. Apart from the cost of fees, the living costs are high. The approximate tuition fee will be around 50 lacs for the whole course. You can even consider Poland in Europe.
But for low cost there are better options such as Russia, Georgia, Philippines and many more where the cost will be between 11 lacs to 25 lacs as course tuition fee.
If you are planning to pursue MBBS and practice in India, you will have to appear for MCI screening test. So irrespective of the country you have to give the exam. Important is to choose a good university in any country you opt for.

Dear Astha it is true that Switzerland Institutes do not prefer foreign applicants in programs related to medicine, dentistry, veterinary and chiropractic with the following exceptions:
If the applicant is:
1. Recognized refugee by Switzerland
2. Citizen of Liechtenstein
3. Foreign citizens who have been residing in Switzerland for 5 or more years.
If you are looking to study medicine in European continent, you can consider Poland, Czech Republic, and Romania. You can choose Poland as the quality of education is good, cost is less as compared to Switzerland and is a more preferred destination for foreign students to study medicine and allied programs and also technical programs. Some of the Institutes such as Warsaw University take an entrance test before accepting a candidate if your grades are below the required criteria.
A lot students also go to countries such as Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Philippines etc. to study medicine.
Besides the country, it is also important to decide on a good institute as the quality of education varies at different institutes within the same country.
