Either of countries is fine. Important is to choose a good college wisely in either country. That is what will make a difference in what you will learn. If you want to practice in India, then you will have to appear for MCI screening test to get your license. You will not be given any special preference even if you do it from Central America.
In terms of cost Philippines is preferable. Central America is being promoted in India as a gateway to become a practioner in USA. But what you need to know is that you need to score well in USMLE for that. USMLE can be given even if you do it from Philippines or any other country for

There are many good private medical colleges among which I would recommend you to look for Christian Medical College, Vellore, Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, St. John's Medical College, Bangalore, Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute, Bangalore while in North you can check Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences, Dehradun, Santosh Medical college etc. The fee structure differs from course to course and also varies college to college.
