In MBBS you have to read all the subjects Medicine, Surgery, Paediatrics, Gynaecology. These are compulsory subjects.
After MBBS you can specialise in one of the subject.

Well It's not compulsory to have Mathematics in XII. But If you are having, thats well and good.
Mathematics is of no use in Medical entrance examination. But its necessary to pass XII.
So, don't worry. Concentrate on PCB.
