Since cutoffs are typically higher, it may be difficult to get an MBBS seat at a government college with a NEET score of about 460. However, you may have opportunities at private medical colleges, depends on your category & state quota. For BAMS the cutoffs are lower than the MBBS, so the chances are significantly better.

You can get into some respectable pharmacy colleges in Hyderabad if your EAPCET score is less than 10,000. Students in that range are typically accepted by colleges such as Malla Reddy, Anurag University, and Anwar-Uloom. Every year, cutoffs change slightly, but given your rank, you ought to have an equal chance at these and a few others in the city.
