Several colleges of India conduct B.Sc. and medical courses through entrance examinations or through their own merit in class 12. A few well-known names include Delhi University, where admission is taken through the CUET and Christ University has its very own entrance examination. The last year 2022 cutoff ranks for MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at Seth Gordhandas Sunderdas Medical College and KEM Hospital other than General category are - 7174 for OBC, 47475 for SC, 173159 for ST, 3242 for EWS, 231630 for PWD.

NEET 2024 results decide the most recent cutoff for MBBS at Sikkim Manipal Institute of Medical Sciences (SMIMS). The NEET cutoff ranges from 720 to 162 for students in the general category and from 161 to 127 for students in the SC, ST and OBC categories. The cutoff score for the general-PH category is 161–144. There are also 150 MBBS seats available, with reservations for Sikkim citizens candidates from the Northeast, and military people.
You must apply through NEET in order to get admitted, and you must meet certain requirements, like earning a minimum grade in pertinent Class 12 subjects.

Well, here are some conditions to be sought for admission at AIIMS under government quotas: 

1. Pass the NEET UG exam, which is an entrance examination considered for further admission in AIIMS since completely switching to it for admissions. One has to score decently as part of one of the toughest cut-offs.

2. Register under the AIQ (All India Quota) counseling conducted through the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC). AIIMS has 15 percent of its total seats kept for AIQ provision per seat of admission.

Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad admits Karnataka students through NEET-UG scores. MBBS fees: INR 60,000 (Govt Quota) INR13,00,000 (Mgmt Quota) INR 26,00,000 (NRI). At the undergraduate level, DBMCAH provides a 66-month Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) program. In order to be admitted to the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) programme at DBMCAH, candidates must have a minimum of 50.0% in their 12th grade.
In addition to having earned the specified percentage in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology combined, the candidate must have passed Class 12 or its equivalent test from any recognised Board. Candidates cannot take the "National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test" if they have already completed Class 12 at an open school or as a private candidate.

Yes, even if you have done 12th with PCM from BSEB and given additional Biology exam through NIOS, you are eligible to gibe NEET Entrance Exam.  NIOS and CBSE are considered as equivalent board so that makes you completely eligible for NEET Exam.
