No, it is not possible to get into North Bengal Medical College at 28460 rank via NEET UG. To secure a seat at the institute, candidates need to acquire a rank below or equal to the NEET UG cutoff. Considering the North Bengal Medical College cutoff 2024, the last round cutoff rank stood at 15433 for the MBBS course under General AI category. And, the 28460 rank is comparatively far more than the cutoff rank released by the institute for the General AI category candidates.
