Therefore, the candidates will have to apply for the NEET-UG examination conducted by the NTA for the admissions for MBBS. After the NEET-UG results, the cutoff is released by the MCC or the Medical counselling committee based on various factors. The probability is low, but there are chances that you might get admission at the Medical college Kolkata.  590+ marks can get you a seat in the top colleges through state quota. The 480+ marks is a marginal score that has a chance to get you into the state quota. But if students get less than this, then they can get admission only in the private medical colleges. It is quite impressive if they get 400+ marks, considering the difficulty level of the examination.

The admissions for the medical colleges also depend on the category candidates belong to. If the candidate belongs to OBC category and they get a score of 480 marks t

No, a student must score more than 75% in their class 12 inorder to qualify or be eligible to get admissions at the Saveetha Institute of Medical and technical Sciences.  The student must write the entrance tests in their respective fields to qualify for the admissions. If the student wants to take Engineering, then they must qualify in the JEE exams.  If they want to take a medical degree, then they need to write the NEET exams.
