Topiwala National Medical College (TNMC) was established in the year 1921. The college is located in the city of Mumbai and affiliated with Maharashtra University of Health Sciences.
- Undergraduate admissions to the college are based on NEET UG scores/rankings and centralized counselling conducted by the state government.
- Candidates wishing to pursue postgraduate courses in medical sciences must do so by appearing for NEET PG, followed by centralized admissions process.

- TNMGRMU Admission 2023 examination dates have been released and the exam was conducted on 24 July 2023.
- TNMGRMU PGDPHJ Admission 2023 has started, the last date to submit the application form was 31 May 2023.
- TNMGRMU PG Degree courses admission 2023 is ongoing, the last date to apply is extended till 08 April 2023.

The fees is Rs 1 lakh approximately.
Total seats intake is 60.
Eligibility criteria is 10+2 science with 45%.
The duration of the course shall be for 2 academic years with each academic year spread over a period of not less than one hundred and eighty working days in addition to 500 hours practical training spread over a period of not less than 3 months.

There are 12 private medical colleges in Tamil Nadu which offer admissions to students under the NRI quota. The total number of seats in these 12 private colleges are 1650. Of these 1650, as many as 15% seats i.e. approximately 240 are available to NRI students.

The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University is a government medical university centred in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. It is named after the former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Dr. M.G.Ramachandran (MGR) and it is the second-the largest health sciences university in India. More than 500 colleges affiliated to this University and more than 200 courses are being taught under the aegis of the mgr University. It was established in the year 1987. The motto of the university is "Health for all" which reflects the objective of the Medical University. It is approved by the University

No, candidates must apply separately through the MGR Medical University for admission Pharma D course. MGR Medical University Pharma D admission is entirely academic merit-based. Candidates can only take admission through their academic performance in the qualifying examination.
Selected candidates can register for counselling and must report to the university’s admission cell for document verification and fee payment.

There is no such provision through which a candidate can enrol to the Pharma D programme directly. The only way possible to get admission in the Pharma D course is to apply for the programme through the registered web portals of MGR Medical University. Based on their academic performance in the qualifying examination, candidates will be selected.
Selected candidates can register for the counselling process, followed by document verification and fee payment leading to final seat allotment.

Candidates aspiring to take admission at Pharma D at MGR Medical University must fulfil the following requirements:
- Candidates should have passed class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Maths/ Biology with a minimum of 40% (35% for reserved categories).
- Candidates must apply through MGR Medical University official websites for admission in Pharma D. Candidates with good academic performance have higher chances of getting a good government college affiliated with MGR Medical University.
- Selected candidates can register for the counselling round, which consists of document verification and fee payment.
