Yes, but that is not required. If you do DMLT then you can start working as an medical lab technician whereas after doing B.Sc. MLT you may find better opportunities with organisations like Metropolis, Dr. Lal's path LAb, Thyrocare, sRL and other good hospitals

Please note, B.Sc. MLT does not make you pathologist. You may open a lab but you need to appoint a full time MD Pathologist

Yes, you have a good chance to get a seat in Apollo College of Physiotherapy. But it's important to gather information directly from the official sources to make an informed decision about your application. But a competitive exam can be much harder than you think if there is a reservation policy for other caste like SC,ST,OBC and if all other students are getting very good marks. So , you should always keep a backup plan for this. Also contactthe college authority or any student studying in that college if possible to get the latest and most accurate information.

There is no particular exam for it.

The entrance exam for B.Sc. (Hons.) in Medical Technology (Radiography) at AIIMS is the NEET.

The NEET is a national-level entrance exam for admission to medical and dental courses in India.
