No. you will not be able to get admission to a private college for MBBS with a rank of 273644 because in 2022, the cutoff for MBBS in private colleges in Karnataka was around 40,000 rank for the general category and 30,000 rank for the OBC category. 

With the above mentioned score in NEET 2023, you will get admission seat in various Private medical colleges in India.
