Hello, Any Bangladeshi student can take admission to Indian Medical college for the MBBS programme as a foreign national. But NEET exam is compulsory to get admission as without NEET no candidate will be allowed to take admission to Indian Medical Colleges. There are many Indian Medical Private/Deemed Universities and Colleges which have special seats for Foreign nationals/ NRI. You can take admission to private colleges and universities.

You cannot say that BPT is an alternative of MBBS but BPT can be a good career option in medical field. Some of the good BPT colleges are:-
St Johns Medical College, Bangalore. MS Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore. IMS BHU - Institute of Medical Sciences Banaras Hindu University. HIMSR New Delhi - Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences and Research. Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary University, Gurgaon.

Dear aspirant, Though it is not possible to get admission to MBBS without NEET in India. NEET UG exam is mandatory for admission to MBBS in India or abroad. But there are various other medical courses which you can join on the basis of class 12th marks. Good luck.
