You need a certified MBBS Doctor with MD to head your centre. Only a MD radiology is permitted to diagnose.

To open a radiology, you must have a MBBS or MD degree, without this, you can't open it.

I advise you to do 4 year B.Sc. in USA, so that, you can get a better job opportunity in anywhere, because abroad' s degree is more relevant, so you can go with 4 year BSc. in USA.

Admission to the B.Sc. Cardio vascular technology is done on the basis of marks scored in Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical KEAM entrance test conducted by the Commissioner of Entrance Exam run by the Government of Kerala. Hope this helps.
