If applying for admissions to MBBS course, you must have passed Higher Secondary Examinations with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects and general category must be born 1992 to 2001. Your NEET score will also be considered for your admission eligibility.

You have to give the entrance for this and only a few seats are available for it if you get admission in a government college, the fee would be around INR 70,000/year in a government college, and in private colleges, INR 8,00000/year or more. The fee structure also depends on the university.

MBBS from Singhania University is good but it is not registered with MCI which means its degree is not valid in India. So, I would suggest you to don't take admission in this college. You can check in this link:
