In India, for any super speciality, MBBS is a must. There is no bridge course.

As you know, this year NEET paper was relatively easy. So, the cut-off will increase for every course. Although, it is difficult for you to get BDS in Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences, but I would suggest you go and give a try and apply for this college.

You can opt for courses like BDS, B.Sc (from any medical subject like biology, zoology, etc.). You might choose biotechnology.
