Dear,
If you want to get a seat in MBBS you have to score a minimum of 500 marks (NEET) for a general candidate,420 marks for SC,370 above for ST. Actually, marks are very yearly. So score well. PCB group of mark doesn't matter. If ST candidate then only you may get a seat.

Hello,
Sorry, but M.Sc After astrophysics is not possible to do. One must have B.Sc In astrophysics. But, no need to feel sad. We have another alternatives that are:-
1:- Join a Diploma or certification course in math online. Then,
2:- you can go in space study world in the field of Astrobiology (study of evolution of life in space) and quantum medicine.
3:-Quantum medicine and Astrobiology are the gateway to this fascinating world of planets, constellation, mythologies, mysteries, Egyptology Etc. Remember there is always a way, it's always there. Hope it helps. All the best.

No, your score is too less to get admission in any of the colleges for MBBS. Try attempting again or take BDS course.

No, cut off for MBBS is 500+ marks mostly or even higher. With this score a candidate would not be able to get a seat in MBBS. You can prepare for one more year and try to score more marks. All the best.

No, unfortunately not. Cut off generally requires 580+ marks for general category. So, for getting a medical seat through NEET, a candidate requires to clear the cut off.

Hi,
With this score getting government college is difficult in MBBS in Telangana as well even in any other government college of India, but you can try for private colleges. Good luck.
