It is not like any placement for Doctors. If you are good enough with knowledge and its application then you may get the best of the jobs as per your experience and growth chart depends a lot on you. No one asks always from where you passed if you do great in exams and oral parts.

If you have already taken BDS the best thing you can opt for is MS. There are various specializations in the field of dental sciences like Prosthodontics, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Operative Dentistry, Pedodontics & Preventive Dentistry, Conservative, Endodontics & Aesthetic Dentistry, and Periodontology & Oral Implantology.
