Minimum criteria to apply for the course is that the aspiring candidates need to have completed MBBS/BAMS with a minimum aggregate score of 60% with the 1-year compulsory internship. Admission criteria vary from institute to institute. Some institutes conduct their own entrance exams for admission, while some select students on the basis of their score at the level of graduation.

Homeopathy is not the widely accepted form of medical practice. It is also banned in certain countries like Canada. So, it would be difficult for a homoeopathic student to find MD programme in foreign countries. You can rather look for alternatives like Masters in public health, health care administration, hospital management which is also in huge demand.

JIPMER has its own entrance examination so it does not give admission on the basis of NEET score. And the cut-off for JIPMER depends upon categories. The student belonging to the general require atleast 50 percentile and the students belonging to SC/ST or OBC require 40 percentile in JIPMER entrance examination. For more information, you can check on the JIPMER website.
