If you do not have the same photo, you will need to contact the National Testing Agency NTA and request a change. The NTA may or may not approve your request. Here are the guidelines for the photo that you must upload for the NEET registration form:
* The photo must be a passport size photo. * The photo must be in color. * The photo must be taken within the last six months. * The photo must be clear and well-lit. * The photo must show your face from the front, with your eyes o

Candidates receiving score between 500-525 is considered the average score that enables the candidate to get a rank between 60855 to 85025
It seems tough to get a medical college with 520 marks. However you can expect a good government medical college in your state quota. You have low chances of getting a seat in government medical college with this rank but you can get private colleges.

The cutoff for MBBS admissions can vary each year and depends on factors such as the number of available seats, the number of applicants, and the overall performance of the applicants in the entrance examination. To find the latest cutoff for MBBS admissions, I recommend checking the official websites of the respective medical colleges or universities where you are interested in applying. These websites often publish cutoff ranks or scores for different categories (such as General, OBC, SC, ST, etc. ). Based on the previous year's admissions. Additionally, you can refer to official admission brochures, counseling authorities, or contac

You have not provided state rank, domicile, category, etc. , so it is difficult to predict with accuracy the college. According to your All India Rank, you have very little chance of getting admission there.
