Getting a seat in BUMS (Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery) with 344 marks NEET2024 is possible under Uttar Pradesh, well it depends on the cutoff for that year or available colleges. The cutoff at BUMS colleges differs from each other, so you may find a good chance in private college, or less competition institutions.
Eligibility for stray vacancy round usually includes the following:-
1. Score+ Rank: Favour will be given to the applicant who have scored and ranked better
2. Category: Merit list will be prepared accordingly of each category having reserved seats.
3. Seats Vacant: As per the vacancies left after three counseling rounds

It will be tough to get a seat in BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) government college, as they generally have high cutoffs with 452 being the marks which resembles rank around 284741 ranks. Still, opportunities may arise in a few of the government or semi-government colleges including state where there is low competition and also within lower ranks. One should go through the cutoffs of past years for government Ayurveda colleges and also apply to counseling. You may also try for the private Ayurvedic colleges, these have different cutoff through ranks and might be approachable via this.
