Whether it is mandatory to stay in a hostel at Symbiosis depends on the programme and institute:
1. Residential programs:-
It is mandatory for the student admitted to the residential programme to stay in the campus hostel.
2. Non-residential programs:-
Most institutes at Symbiosis offer hostel facilities to students admitted to non-residential programs, but hostel accommodation is not guaranteed. Hostel availability depends on vacancies, and the decision of the institute's Director or Principal is final.

For candidates who did not participate in round 1, fresh registration has to be done for the NEET 2nd round counselling 2024. So yes you can participate fresh in round 2. But be careful on missing important dates of state counselling in further rounds.
