The National Testing Agency has given the NEET 2024 Helpline Number and the email id wherein candidates can contact the exam officials in case they face any difficulty. The phone numbers are given below:

Candidates are advised to call on the NTA NEET 2024 Helpline Numbers during the working days, between 10 AM and 5 PM. The emails can be sent anytime. 

The email id wherein candidates can write to NTA officials are neet(at)nta.ac.in and neetug2025(at)nta.ac.in. 

Candidates should provide the following Information while raising any payment related query/grievance through QRS/email/Helplines:

a. Name of the Bank and /or Payment Gateway.

b. Date and time of the transaction

c. Transaction Number

d. Bank Reference Number  

e. Proof of transaction

f. Screenshot from the payment portal (in case of payment failure). 

However, candidates may face difficulty in terms of getting connected with the helpline numbers or getting a response through email. They are advised to be patient and keep trying until their issue is resolved. 

Candidates will have to submit original certificates during reporting. It must be noted the whole counselling process will be held online except reporting in physical form. Check the documents required during Punjab NEET counselling given below:

• Certificate of Class 10/birth certificate (as proof of age)
• Marksheet of Class 11 (as a proof that the candidate had studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English)
• Marksheet of Class 12 (verification of eligibility)
• Punjab resident certificate Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Exemption certificate (if applicable)
• EWS certificate (if applicable)
• Certificate issued by the head of the institution certifying that the candidate has completed Class 10 and Class 12 from their institute
• Sworn declaration by the parent
• Sworn declaration by the candidate Affidavit by the parent/guardian stating that the candidate has not applied for the counselling of any other state (s)
