Yes, definitely! The USA has nearly 60 universities/colleges which offer Masters in Engineering Management to international students along with the domestic lot. This course is also famous as MBA for Engineers or Engineer's MBA. A large number of renowned, high-ranking universities in the State offer a MEM program.
