To apply for MHCET Law exam, you must be an Indian citizen. For 5-year LLB, you need to pass 12th class from a recognised board. For 3-year LLB, you must have a graduation degree in any stream. There's no upper age limit. Candidates waiting for results can also apply for MHCET Law exam.

The MHCET Law 2026 for the 5-year LLB course registration last date was March 15, 2026. You should complete your MHCET Law 2026 form before that day to avoid late issues.

As per the latest update, the extended last date to fill MH CET Law 2026 form is February 13, 2026, for 3-year LLB and February 28, 2026, for 5-year LLB. You must finish registration on official site cetcell.mahacet.org. Don't delay because forms may close sudden or site get busy.

Start early so you get enough time for all topics. Read MH CET Law syllabus careful and make short notes daily. Practice mock tests often, it helps you know exam pattern better. Focus more on legal aptitude and GK. Revise old papers regular. Stay calm, study smart, and believe yourself.

82 percentile in MHT CET LLB is decent but not very high. You might get admission in mid-level law colleges in Maharashtra. For top colleges like Government Law College Mumbai or ILS Law College Pune, cutoff usually goes above 90 percentile. Still, 82 percentile can secure good private or aided law college depending on category and seat availability.

Government Law College Mumbai has best placement in Maharashtra. Many top law firms hire from there every year. ILS Law College Pune also known for strong placement record. Students get jobs in corporate firms, courts, and legal departments. Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College Pune give good internship chance too. These colleges help you start strong legal career.

Government Law College Mumbai is best for LLB in Mumbai. It got big name and strong teachers who guide students well. You learn real law skills there. K.C. Law College also good choice for LLB course. Rizvi Law College give nice campus and helpful staff. New Law College Mumbai teach legal studies simple way. Jitendra Chauhan College of Law offer good placements too.

A good score in MH CET Law depends on the programme and college. For top colleges like GLC Mumbai or ILS Pune, scoring 110+ out of 150 is considered strong for the 5-year LLB, while 100+ is good for the 3-year LLB. Mid-tier colleges usually accept scores between 70–90 marks depending on category and cutoff trends.

MH CET Law scores are accepted by top Maharashtra colleges for 3-year and 5-year LLB courses. Popular ones include Government Law College Mumbai, ILS Law College Pune, Rizvi Law College, K.C. The NMU MH CET Law cutoff 2025 was released for admission to the BA LLB (Hons) and LLB courses for various categories under both the All India and Home State quota. 

For the General AI category, the first and last round cutoff was 63.7 and 86.34, respectively for the LLB course. On the other hand, for the BA LLB course, the first and last round cutoff ranks were, 90.57 and 67.74, respectively. 

Students should keep in mind that other categories, rounds, and quotas will have different cutoffs for the aforementioned courses.
