There is no limit to taking the MHCET official mock test online. You can take the test as many times as you want.

The MHCET Law syllabus 2026 for the 3-year LLB course is given below:

Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning Study of Law, Legal aptitude and problem solving ability, Legal prepositions, set of facts from Case Laws, Analysis based Questions
General Knowledge with Current Affairs History, Geography, General Science, Economics, Civics, and the Current Affairs of past 1 year
Logical and Analytical Reasoning Identify patterns, logical links and rectify illogical arguments, wide analogies, completing arguments, drawing well supported conclusions, reasoning by analogy, applying principles or rules, understand the structure, relationship and to draw logical conclusions about the structures, and also includes reasoning deductively from the set of statements and rules or principles that describes the relationship among persons, things or events
English Vocabulary (Synonyms, Antonyms, analogies etc.) Proficiency (Idioms and Phrases, One-word Substitution, Sentence Improvement and rearrangement, Fill in the Blanks etc.) English Usage Errors (Common errors, spotting errors, inappropriate usage of words, spelling mistakes etc.)
English Comprehension with minimum two passages followed by Five to Ten questions 
that test reading and reasoning abilities.

The MHCET Law Application window closed on March 3, 2026, for 3-year LLB. For MH CET 5-year LLB courses, the registration window closed on March 15, 2026.

MHCET Law exam is held for admissions to 5-year and 3-year Law courses offered at participating Law colleges in Maharashtra. The exam is conducted in an online mode. Through the entrance exam, Law aspirants are shortlisted for admissions to 10,860 seats (excluding management intake) for the 5-year LLB program and around 16,420 seats for the 3-year LLB courses programmes.

The candidates will have to mandatorily carry the hall ticket to the examination hall to avoid rejection in sitting for the exam. The admit card for MHCET Law is important as it mentions the candidates' roll number, the venue of the exam, direction to the exam hall, reporting time and the exam date. The admit card will be issued to the registered candidates a few days before the exam in an online mode on the official MH CET Law website.

In case candidates do not carry the hall ticket document to the exam hall, they will denied the entry to the appear for the exam. Candidates in such a case are advised to keep a softcopy of the hall ticket number with them. They can get the print out of the MHCET Law 2025 admit card from a nearby service outlet to avoid any delay in the exam. However, candidates are advised to keep the important documents ready a day before the exam ready and arranged to avoid the last minute rush.

The Dayanand College of Law (DCL) in Latur has different MHCET Law cutoffs for its various programs. For the L.L.B. course, the cutoff ranges from 8.2 to 89.35 for Home State, 85.76 for Other States, and 6.08 for All India. The BA + L.L.B. programme has a cutoff between 3.51 and 53.05 for Home State, 63.96 for Other States, and no data for All India. Similarly, the B.S.L.LLB program's cutoff is from 2.89 to 61.38 for Home State, 54.42 to 63.96 for Other States, and no data for All India.
