The MH CET Law result, which is the gateway to getting into JCCL, is generally announced in the months of May or June, depending on the exam cycle and the academic calendar. Students are advised to keep an eye on the official CET cell announcements around that time. Once the results are declared, the centralized counselling and admission process begins. JCCL usually begins its new academic year shortly after, ensuring that students have enough time for document submission and orientation. The college is very cooperative during this time and helps guide students through each step smoothly.

The MHCET Law cutoff scores for Shri Shivaji Maratha Society Law College (Pune) in 2024 were:

  •  LL.B. (3year): ~88.6–93.7 marks (General category)

  • B.A.LL.B. (5year): ~70.2–71.0 marks (General category)

So, scoring around 90+ marks for LL.B. and 70+ marks for BA.LLB gives a good chance at admission.

In 2024, the MHCET Law cutoff score for the General AI category of Jitendra Chauhan College of Law's (JCCL) three-year LL.B. programme was 97.22, with a Home State quota of 94.8. The cutoffs for General AI in prior years were 111 in 2023 and 107 in 2022, indicating a trend of fluctuation. Exam difficulty application volume and seat availability (240 seats) all affect cutoffs In addition to a competitive MHCET Law score candidates must have at least 45% in their bachelor's degree (or 40% for SC/ST).
