No, Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh College of Law requires candidates to qualify in the entrance examination conducted by Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati. Admissions to the LL.B. (5-year) course are based on merit. While some law schools may offer admissions without entrance exams, this specific college requires candidates to participate in the entrance test.

The MH CET Law 2025 registration period for the three-year LL.B. programme at Shri Shivaji Law College, Kandhar, began on December 27, 2024 and ended on March 17, 2025. April 1–3, 2025, was the timeframe for application corrections. Admit cards were sent by April 28, 2025 and the exam took place from May 3–4, 2025. Following the announcement of the results in June 2025, centralized counseling was conducted through cetcell.mahacet.org. To guarantee one of the 60 seats candidates should keep an eye on the portal for developments regarding counseling.

Since it is the main need for centralized counseling under Maharashtra's CET Cell, admission to the LL.B. programme at Shri Shivaji Law College, Kandhar, usually requires a valid MH CET Law score for merit-based seats. However, management quota seats, which are exempt from the MH CET Law, allow for direct admission. A bachelor's degree with 45% of the possible points is required of candidates (42% for OBC, 40% for SC/ST). Apply straight from the college website, send in your paperwork, then show up for an interview. There are fewer management quota seats available, therefore the cost is higher.

No, it is unlikely you can get admission to Dayanand College of Law (DCL, Latur) for the LL.B. course without taking the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test for Law (MHCET Law). Admissions to the LL.B. programme at DCL Latur are primarily based on your score in the MHCET Law exam.
