It will be quite difficult to gain admission to programs like B. Pharmacy, Agriculture, or Biotechnology at top-tier institutes with a 53.64 percentile in the PCB group as an open-category candidate. But, you can try in various B.Pharma and B.Sc. Agriculture colleges through the State Common Entrance Test Cell.

No, MHT-CET is primarily for Engineering and Pharmacy courses in Maharashtra, it is not used for BCom admissions.
For BCom admissions in Mumbai colleges, students from other states can apply through:

  • CUET - most widely accepted for BCom across India
  • NMIMS NPAT - for NMIMS specifically
  • Merit-based (Class 12 marks) -  most Mumbai colleges accept direct applications based on 12th percentage, regardless of the student's home state
