If you have filled your application and now you want to change your category, then yes, you can change i=the category when the correction window opens. On the other hand, if you wish to apply admission being from a general category, you are free to do that as well, consitioned that it will take away other privileges.

If you have already filled your application and now you have to change, then yes, you can change your category when the correction portal opens. On the other hand, if you do not have your EWS certificate, it is advisable to not put yourself in EWS category because, for further processes, it requires the EWS certificate to be submitted.

Yes

Admission is through state level counseling based on the rank obtained in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHTCET) for the 65% of the total seats. 15% seats are reserved for all India candidates, these seats will be filled through CAP counselling based on the rank obtained in JEE-Mains.

Don't worry. Online test series for B.Tech MHT CET are readily available on internet for various courses. You can get it for B.Tech too. Shiksha also offers mock test series for MHT CET. You can get it downloaded from the various websites offering these online tests.

MHT-CET is a state-level enterance exam conducted to shortlist candidates for admission to Engineering and Technology, Pharmacy, Pharm D., Architecture, Hotel Management & Catering Technology courses in several colleges in Maharashtra. 

Yes. You are eligible to apply for MHT-CET if your mother has a Domicile certificate of Maharashtra. Yes, you can opt fot MHTCET PCM if you are seeking admission in B.Tech in Biotechnology. The colleges in Mumbai that offers admission on the basis of MHT CET are as follows:

ISBM College of Engineering Pune cutoff 2023 was concluded after Round 3 for admission to BTech courses. Analysing about the last three years' cutoff, ISBM College of Engineering Pune MHT CET cutoff 2023 for B.E. in Computer Science Engineering closed at 71.06 while in 2022, it closed at 84.98 and 82.34 in 2021.

The authority responsible for conducting CET in Maharashtra is the MHT CET Cell, which conducts the CET in three languages in total. The languages used in the paper are Marathi, Urdu, and English. The students can choose to fill out the application form in the language of their choice that is available to them.
