However with 71% you have fair chance in getting seats in B pharma college if you are from OBCor SC/ST in first two rounds. If you are from general chances are much less. However cutoff varies from year to year and also on several factors. But I would recommend you to sit for counselling positively.

Based on MHT CET Cut off 2022 for COEP, candidates below rank 300 (99.77 percentile) in CET exam are eligible for admission to Computer Science. Candidates with ranks below 750, 1300, 2100 and 3143 in MHT CET are eligible for ECE, EE, Mechanical and Civil Engineering at COEP.

With an MHT CET score of 81 percentile, you can get admission to some of the good engineering colleges in Pune. However, your chances of getting into top colleges such as VJTI, and COEP are slim. You may be able to get into some of the top private engineering colleges in Pune, but you may have to settle for a less popular branch.

Hey! Yes you can get a government college of pharmacy with 82 percentile as the last year cut off ranged from 150 to 165+ so You have a chance but It may depend on the state to state. All the best!
