Yes you can do. The eligibility criteria may varies according to Universities. However the basic eligibility criteria of SGT University Gurugram is given below for an idea. Eligibility criteria of M.Sc. Microbiology : Must have passed B.Sc. (Microbiology)/ B.Sc. (Biological Sciences)/ B.Sc. (Life Sciences)/ B.Sc. Or B.Tech. (Biotechnology)/ B.Sc. (MLT)/ B.Sc. (Nursing) or any other relevant qualifications.

Yes if you want to complete your Diploma in foriegn language then you can complete from out side of amity but I think it will be better for you to complete your foriegn language Diploma from inside the campus if they have good faculty for German language but yes if you have connected with good institutions who provide Diploma in German language then you go with that institute.

That depends on your interest and aptitude. Both the fields are good and have their own benefits and strengths. Agriculture is more mainstream programme which has a large number of opportunities but it also has large number of candidates. Microbiology no doubt has a good number of jobs but lesser in number compared to agriculture, being a niche programme but then, the number of candidates is also far less. If you want a good career in any of the streams you must join LPU for your studies. Hope this helps.
