Yes, you can go for M.Sc Food by giving entrance exam after your graduation.

According to the course page there are only 3 courses offered by the college,
1. B.Sc. Programme
2. B.Sc. in Information Technology
3. B.Sc.
All these courses are Distance/Correspondence courses with duration of 3 years and is affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam .
There is no course with B.Sc microbiology.
