You can do M.Sc in microbiology from Delhi university, JNU and many other private universities by giving their entrance exams. Good luck.

There are some different entrance exams like IIT JAM Joint Admission Test) for M.Sc. Conducted by different IITs every year, you can also give entrance exam of Pune University, Mumbai University, etc.
