Hello Dear,
You are afraid of maths but your area of interest doesn't require maths at all then why are you thinking about it.
Better do HSC with physics, chemistry and biology.
This will serve the purpose and you will be away from maths as well.
Think about the solutions rather than problems.

If admission date is over then you can't do much now for this college. Try other colleges where admission is still going on, it would be better not to waste one year for a specific college. It is the subject that matters more than a college if you are keen on studying microbiology.

After B.Sc most sought after course is M.Sc in microbiology for good career prospects. You can search for jobs as microbiologist in healthcare, food industries after B.Sc. You can also apply at places which requires a basic science degree. For more option govt jobs such SSC, banking, etc. are also there.

Pharmacy and microbiology are two different fields. A pharma student can continue only in pharmacy while a microbiology graduate after M.Sc in biochemistry can work at the same post as a pharmacy candidates in most of the places. So choose according to your will.
