Read about microbiology and if it interest you then it is for you.
With a degree in microbiology you can get opportunities as a researcher in various fields like healthcare organizations, forensic science laboratories, environmental organizations, higher education institutions, food and drink, publicly funded research organizations, pharmaceuticals and many other industries.
As a teacher you can teach the subject after M.Sc and PhD in it.

With microbiology there will be all life sciences specialisation will remain open for you to enter into but with agriculture science it will be limited to this field only. Both after M.Sc and PhD have good career prospects. If you are sure if studying agriculture only then opt for it but if you wish to explore the various life sciences subjects and see what appeals to you then go for microbiology.
