Both micro and biotechnology are deep biology. Biotechnology is more research based. Microbiology is also research based but there is one difference that microbiology students can easily get a job in comparison to biotechnology students.
If you have resources, only then you should opt for biotechnology else you can pursue Masters in microbiology.

Both B.Sc and MBBS are Bachelor's degree, so you pursue either of them. If you are planning for something in research, then the path is B.Sc and M.Sc or M.Tech. You need to decide first.

If you have done your graduation in biotechnology, and you are looking for job opportunities as a management personnel in biotechnology sector then go for MBA in biotechnology stream. Now a days, many of the colleges are offering MBA in biotechnology. You can go for it.
But if you are interested in research work then only you should opt for M.Sc in microbiology or biotechnology. So you should analyse your skills and abilities and then decide the course you want to pursue.

If you are looking for some research work or want to study about specific organs or body parts, then medical physiology or anatomy is good, but in terms of job opportunities, medical microbiology is a better option.
