Yes, everyone is eligible to do an MBA. IIMs or any other business school doesn't discriminate students based on educational background. On the contrary, they promote diversity and in the process provide some relaxation to students with non traditional backgrounds. In my personal experience, I have seen a lot of doctors, CA, science graduates doing an MBA.

Bsc in 3D animation is a far better course to build a better career , but still i suggest not to look for a university degree , rather you can join a 3 years course in animation with a general graduation course on distance . It will help you far better .

There are ample of oppurtunities after msc actually. Higher studies is always welcome in this stream. After msc, one can clear ugc-net to pursue phd and become JRF. one can also appear gate to pursue mtech in bio streams. The pharma, food company, research labs, allied gov sectors publishes job vacancy notification for msc microbio very frequently. It should be followed by the candidate once clearing msc. All the best.
