Yes, you can .

As per UGC new guidelines, one can do one regular and other distance graduation course simultaneously. 

But these two are different courses and may impact your overall performance. 

It would be good idea to pursue courses which complement each other.

One can do B.A English + job oriented Diploma course like ( Diploma in computer application, creative writing, law, office management, marketing, teaching etc.).
