For admission to the UG level programme, i.e. BSc, candidates must have passed class 12. Also, candidates are required to appear for the MITID Design Aptitude Test (DAT) based on which candidates will be selected for further admission rounds which include the Studio test and Personal Interview (PI) rounds. The final selection list is made on cumulative assessment of all rounds and for final seat allotment, candidates will be required to report to the admission cell at MITID for document verification and fee payment.

MIT-WPU BTech course has been ranked by the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) in the engineering category. NIRF has ranked BTech in 101 and 150 category for the academic year 2024. Yes, there are seat reservation policy for MIT-WPU BTech course. The institute offers seat reservations as per the policy of the Maharashtra State Government. The seats are reserved for students belonging to Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), De-notified Tribes (DT), Vimukta Jatis (VJ), Nomadic Tribes (NT), Other Backward Classes (OBC), Special Backward Categories, (SBC)and students with disabilities. Out of the total approved intake capacity at MIT-WPU Pune, at least 40% of the seats shall be reserved for the students having domicile in the State of Maharashtra. MIT-WPU BTech application process is conducted in an online mode only. Candidates can find below the steps to apply for MIT-WPU course admissions 2025:
- Visit the admission portal at admissions.mitwpu.edu.in and register with basic details
- Further, fill the application form the basic details such as name, email ID, mobile number, etc.
- Now, choose the preferred course among all the mentioned courses.
- Select the preferred exam centre and other remaining details.
- Fill in the educational details correctly and proceed further.

In order to get admission to MIT-WPU BTech course, candidates need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria, i.e., to pass Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects with a minimum of 50-60% aggregate in the PCM group. Admission to this course is completely entrance-based. Aspirants are required to appear in either JEE Main/ MHT CET/ PERA CET entrance exams. Admission to BTech at MIT-WPU is purely based on a valid score of candidates in the respective entrance exams and their past academic scores. Further, shortlisted candidates also have to submit a Statement of Purpose (SOP) of minimum 500 words.

Yes, admission dates are out for BTech course at MIT WPU Pune. As per the official website of MIT, the application portal is open for BTech course. Eligible candidates can visit the official website to apply.
BTech (Regular) 2025 applications are open, and the last date to apply is Apr 11, 2025. For Integrated BTech after 10th, the application 2025 deadline is Apr 4, 2025.

MIT-WPU Pune BTech fees ranges from INR 7.2 Lacs to INR 17 lakh. Candidates need to pay an admission fee amount to confirm enrollment in MIT-WPU courses. The total fee is cumulative of multiple components that are either one-time chargeable, or have to be paid annually/semesterly. This fee amount is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to changes and hence, is indicative.
