Both Universities offer decent placements . It's totally dependent on the student interest of companies.
According to the NIRF report 2023, during Mizoram University placements 2022, 95 out of 1,124 UG and PG students were placed. During placements 2022, the median package offered to UG (4-year) and PG (2-year) students was INR 5.25 LPA and INR 2.15 LPA, respectively.

A maximum of thirty percent of the students in our batch were placed in colleges. Nearly half of our seniors were placed. Employing organizations such as Wipro, Infosys, and Power Grid paid visits to our college. The most expensive package available was Rs. 40,000 per month, while the least expensive was Rs. 19,500. Under the Zo-Tech committee, there is a placement cell, but it is useless. Only a select few are able to attend the interviews, and information about placement offers or campusing by companies is provided at the last minute. At ICFAI, there is no cap on the number of students who can pursue a MBA. In a MBA course, it is entirely reliant on the course requirements and available seats.The candidate needs to graduate from an accredited university with at least 45% of the total possible points.
