Mohamed Sathal A.J. Academy of Architecture offers two flagship courses and they are B.Arch and M.Arch. The duration of the courses are five years and two years, respectively. The BArch course is divided into 8 semesters of coursework and 2 semester of parctical training and thesis. 

The two-years of M.Arch course is spread acors four semesters of coursework which includes Conservation Design Studio, Dissertation, Practical Training and Thesis.

The college has a set of well qualified faculty that holds specialisation in various subjects such as Urban Design, Project Management, Environmental Planning, Architectural Conservation, Landscape Architecture, Real Estate Development, Structural Design, and Interior design. 

BArch at Mohamed Sathak A.J. Academy of Architecture is a five-year course spread across 8 semesters of coursework and 2 semeters of practical training and thesis. The course is offered in a full-time, regular mode and in affiliation with the Anna University. The total seat intake for the course is 120. Candidates seeking admission must have completed their class 12 with a minimum 50% marks and Physics, Chemistry and Maths as compulsory subjects from a recognised board. The selection to the course is done based on percentile secured by the aspirants in NATA entrance exam. Interested candidates have to fill out the application form available on the official website and pay the INR 500 as application fee.
