NIPER Mohali MPharm admission is based on the selection criteria predefined for all NIPERs offering the course. NIPER Guwahati conducts NIPER JEE for admission to various PG-level courses offered at all NIPERs, including an MPharm. Prospective candidates are selected based on their performance in NIPER JEE. Such candidates are called for physical counselling and document verification. Further, candidates must ensure meeting the course-specific eligibility criteria to get selected for admission.

NIPER Mohali MPharm application fee depends on the candidates' reservation category. The fee must be paid while applying for NIPER JEE, the entrance exam for MPharm admission across all NIPERs. Candidates can submit the fee using online modes of payment, such as Debit/Credit Card, NetBanking, etc. The following table presents the category-wise NIPER JEE application fee for MS admission:

NIPER (SAS Nagar) Mohali is one of the 7 NIPERs in India. The eligibility criteria for the courses offered at all 7 NIPERs are the same. Further, there are three MPharm specialisations available at NIPER Mohali. The eligibility criteria for these specialisations are given below:
- Candidates must have completed a BPharm with at least 60% or 6.75 CGPA
- They must have qualified in GPAT/GATE/NET/any other National Fellowship is compulsory for admission to all master's courses at NIPERs
