Yes, you can apply for MSW in 2019 but you need to justify the gap at the time of admission.

For admission in Master of Social Work, you need to have minimum 50% marks. The final admission is based on the percentage secured in graduation.

But if you have done any certification after BA then it will cover up a general syllabus of BSW and will be beneficial for your MSW.
