Hi.

Yes ,you are eligible to apply for the MSW (Master of Social Work) program even though you graduated in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (E&TC) in 2011. 

MSW Eligibility — General Rule (India)

 Most colleges and universities require:

  • A Bachelor's degree (10+2+3) in any discipline from a recognized university

  • Usually a minimum aggregate percentage (often 45–60% depending on the college) 

This means you do not need a specific background in Social Work, humanities, or psychology to join MSW — engineering graduates (like you) are eligible too.
