Hello Asif,
In open universities there is no restriction on admitting students for any course. Since there is no class room, there is no limit on number of students those can be accommodated in the class. So do not worry, if you fill up form, pay requisite fees and submit form to university, your admission is assured provided of course you fulfil other criterias of eligibility.

Hi Vijaykumar,
For getting admission in MA rural development in NOU eligibility is graduation in any stream. Mainly Social studies graduates are preferred.Graduation with at least 50% for general. 45% for Reserved category students. You need to clear entrance exam ination.

Yes, of course, you can pursue Masters in Mass Communication. As an eligibility criteria, you only need to be a graduate from a recognized University in any discipline.

I think, yes you can take, but if there is a problem then you request the authorities by writing a letter to them saying that you want to take the exam in English and probably the letter should be written to the vice-chancellor.
