Unfortunately, the number of seats for a general candidate are very less. If you are a male candidate, it's even worse.
The aggregate calculation is your boards percentage + 50% of what you scored in NATA. To achieve a rank under 30, you need to have an aggregate anywhere above 155.

You got good marks in NATA. I think you should apply for govt. colleges in West Bengal.
May be, you can get admission in Jadavpur University.
