Yes, you'll easily get admission as you have good marks. Moreover, I would suggest you to try for NITs too till the spot round or the maximum you can push them up to.
Best of luck.

Instead of going for any other alternatives to find the colleges and giving any other exams, I would suggest you to let her give improvement for boards once more and spend one more year.
I can understand that this sounds disheartening but practically, board exams are not just a criterion but a personality report which goes on with a student throughout their life. In this duration, she can prepare well for her next NATA and Mains too.
Also, without boards, she will not get admission in any renowned college, so it's a necessity for her too.
Decide wisely. Best wishes.

Instead of settling down for some mediocre college, it would be better, if your try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Arch. They have their different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on the basis of JEE scores. Some offer admission on basis of NATA and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some even offer direct admission on basis of class 12th marks. Some of the universities also offer scholarships on basis of your performance in class 12th or JEE or NATA. Y
