Eligibility for Master in Fashion Management [MFM]
any undergraduate degree from the university or institute that is recognized by the law of India or
Undergraduate Diploma of minimum three years duration from NIFT / NID.

Yes, surely you can get either Mumbai or Delhi. As most of the Delhi seats are occupied first, then the other colleges come in. But you could surely get Delhi as you have a good rank.
