Paper 2 rank will allow you to take admission in only B.Arch courses, which are for the architecture stream.
Paper 1 rank will be used for admission in B.Tech and BE courses in CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, mechanical, civil and all other branches of engineering. And the cut-off is just for those who have qualified for JEE Advanced. Even if you have not cleared the cut-off, you can get admission on the basis of JEE Mains.

Hello, hope you are doing well. For Architecture NIT, Hamirpur opening and closing rank for general category for other state aspirants is 920 to 1483. While for home state aspirant it is from 1746 to 5567. For OBC other state it has 446 to 611 while for home state it is from 2349 to 6033. So most probably you are eligible for architecture programme in NIT, Hamirpur. All The Best.

First of all congrats. You have very good marks. You can apply to any and every NIT but it also depends upon you board marks.

As per your score there are chances in 60-40 ratio.

You have a lot of option like can go for research or in any MNC.

It is tough to get admission in NIT but don't lose hope.
Maybe there is a certain downfall this year in the cutoff.
